Friday Nights at Sports Haven (Begins at 5:30p)

^{1.     This is a weekly jai-alai handicapping tournament that will take place at Sports Haven.}

^{2.     Contestants will make their selections on any five games from Miami Jai-alai (evening program). People may submit their entries up to the 9th game. (There are 13 games). For example if someone comes in after the eight game, he can still participate in the contest because he can use game 9, 10, 11, 12, 13).}

^{3.    People must select one team in each game to win.}

^{4.    The person with the highest total pay-offs wins the nightly contest. For example, if someone picks team 3 in Game four and it wins and pays $14 and then picks team 7 in Game six and wins and it pays $7, the total for this contestant would be $21.}

^{5.    The winner of the contest wins $250. The second place finisher wins $150 and the third place finisher wins $50. In the event of a tie, the money is equally divided.}

^{6.    People need not be present to win. Contestants will be paid with a voucher. Winners must pick up their winnings in person and present valid identification. All contest winnings must be collected up to 30 day after the close of their contest date or that prize is forfeited.}

^{7.    There is no entry fee to participate.}

^{8.    One entry per person per contest day.}

^{9.    The decision of the judges in all matters related to the contest is final.}

^{10.  Winners are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.}

^{11.  The receipt of a registration form signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.}

^{12.  All contestants must be 18 years of age.}

^{13.  All participants agree to have their name or image appear in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, programs, etc) and to be printed in any publication.}

^{14.  Officers and employees and their immediate families, of Autotote Enterprises and the employees of the Division of Special Revenue, State of Connecticut, are not eligible to enter the contest.}

^{15.  The right is reserved to terminate, modify or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice.}
